• Hear updates on the Society’s ongoing business

• Ask questions and participate in decisions

• Enjoy fellowship at member get-togethers, which often include dinner for a small fee

​March – St. Joseph’s Day

• Novena to St. Joseph begins nine days before March 19

• Mass and Blessing of the Table

• Feast with food prepared and donated by members, friends, and businesses

• Open to members, families, and guests

• Charitable donations: 25% to St. Vincent de Paul Society, 75% to a charity chosen by the Board

April – Annual Picnic & Membership Drive

Family-friendly day with games, raffles, and food

Held at a local city park

September 8 – Feast of the Nativity of Mary

Our patronal feast as celebrated in Altavilla Milicia, Sicily

 

Our Local celebration includes an eight-day Ottava leading up to the Feast

• Mass in honor of Maria SS. Lauretana

• Solemn procession with the image of the Madonna

• The Flight of the Angels (Volata) — traditional verses recited by children

• Members and visitors may bring flowers, light candles, or make donations

November – Member Meeting & Elections
